BUTTER

What is A.O.C. Butter?

BRIDEL History
Founded in 1846 in Martigné-Ferchaud, Bridel is steeped in the dairy traditions of the Brittany/Normandy region of Northern France. The green meadows and pastures of this part of France offer an ideal peaceful setting and rich diet for the cattle to produce high quality milk.
Passed from father to son for more than a century, four generations of Bridel men (Jean-Louis, Jean-René, Emile-Thimothée, Emile) took care of the company, dedicating themselves to quality and the authentic taste of their products. In the 1990’s, Lactalis Group took over the brand and has successfully kept up to the values the Bridel family settled.
Bridel products’ premium quality lies in authentic dairy ingredients and traditional savoir-faire.
