Our Capricorn® Somerset Goat’s Cheese is carefully crafted at the Lubborn Creamery. Situated in the beautiful valley of Cricket St Thomas, the creamery is surrounded by the lush dairy pastures of Somerset.  Our team of cheesemakers uses a process of ripening that gives a full flavour and a creamy texture to Capricorn® cheese.

Capricorn® is a soft and creamy award-winning cheese with a particularly mild, clean and slightly nutty flavour. It is particularly good for crumbling into salads and for grilling. It is also a tasty alternative for people who like cheese but who have an allergy to cows’ milk.
