In 2021, our Somerset cheese business celebrates 40 years of cheesemaking history. We were the first British creamery to master the art of making soft mould brie-style cheeses and we use dedicated local farms to source milk from the West Country to guarantee the highest quality and freshness.
Our passionate and hard-working Lubborn team manufactures our award-winning brie, camembert and goat’s cheese, marketed under the Cricket St. Thomas & Capricorn brands as well as retailer own brand.
We regularly win awards such as Nantwich International Cheese Awards, Great Taste Awards, Craft Guild of Chefs (within Foodservice) and regionally at shows like the Bath & West show for the quality of our products.
Join our team and help us make and pack our beautiful cheese for Christmas.
We currently have temporary vacancies within our production and packing teams throughout October, November and December.
