Veggie-Packed Baked Camembert

INGREDIENTS
Serves 1

1 Président Camembert

Selection of vegetable sticks (carrot, cucumber, celery, peppers)

HOW TO MAKE THIS
  1. Chop all the veggies into sticks (large enough for dipping)
  2. Prepare the Camembert for baking; remove all packaging, cut a deep cross on the top and wrap in foil
  3. Bake the Camembert in the oven at 200C/ 180C fan for 20 minutes or in an air fryer at 180C for 15-20 mins
  4. Once gooey, remove the cheese from the oven, serve with the veggie sticks for dipping

Cauliflower Broccoli Camembert Bake

INGREDIENTS
Serves 4

½ cauliflower, cut into florets

½ broccoli, cut into florets

1 pot ready-made cheese sauce (350g)

50g Président camembert sliced

HOW TO MAKE THIS
  1. Cook the cauliflower and broccoli in a large pan of boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Drain
  2. Put the veggies in a shallow baking dish and pour over the ready-made sauce
  3. Add the camembert slices on the top
  4. Bake in the oven at 190C/170C fan for around 20 minutes until bubbling and golden.
