Whistleblowing

As a major player in the dairy industry, Lactalis has an important responsibility in conducting business properly and affirms its desire to act in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

In 2022, Lactalis launched its whistleblowing system (“Lact@lert”), a secure tool to handle in strict confidence, all reports of possible concerns regarding misconduct at work,  violations of laws, Group best practices and internal rules. This system has been updated in order to comply with the obligations of the European directive on the protection of whistleblowers.

Employees and third party contractors may report any non-compliance issues through the Lactalis Whistleblowing Platform available at:
