1 beef tomato (sliced)
Handful of fresh basil leaves
Drizzle of olive oil
HOW TO MAKE THIS
- Lay the sliced tomato on a plate and add the Mozzarella balls on top
- Garnish with lightly torn basil leaves, and drizzle with olive oil
- Season and serve

30g Galbani Mozzarella (sliced)
3 x slices of crusty white baguette
10 cherry tomatoes (halved)
½ small avocado (sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO MAKE THIS
- Lightly toast one side of the baguette
- Once toasted, turn then add the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes and put back under the grill until the cheese and tomato soften
- Once bubbling, add the sliced avocado and season to taste
