Our 150 years of experience has taught us that real quality can only come from a single source. That’s why we only make our distinctive and delicious cheddar in one place – rural Southwest Scotland.

Our cows roam open pastures, feeding on the lush, green grass that provides the finest Scottish milk for our creamery in Stranraer. We add the best natural ingredients, five generations of McLelland cheese-making expertise and – the most important ingredient of all – time.
