This weekend (28th and 29th June) Lactalis will be joining in the celebrations at this year’s Love Cheese Live at Staffordshire County Show Ground.
The Lactalis Family Kitchen will deliver four daily cookery demonstrations with our amazing product range, with recipes created especially for the event. This experience will educate and excite the tastebuds of any cheese lover.
Don’t worry though if you miss out, as we’re sharing the recipes here too, so everyone can try them at home. The dishes, developed by Lactalis’ Development Chef Rory Larkin, range from sweet treats like Cricket St Thomas Brie Donuts and Président Madelines, to main meals including the Lactalis Short Rib Mac & Cheese, or the Galbani Ricotta & Mascarpone Cannoli.
Lactalis has supported the organisers, International Cheese and Dairy Awards (ICDA), for many years and has been involved with Love Cheese Live since its conception and first event in 2021.
