Lactalis UK & Ireland Exports Scottish cheddar to over 45 countries all across the world.

We have 2 cheddar factories, both located in Scotland. Most of our brands and private label cheddar are produced in our main factory in Stranraer, whilst our PGI Orkney cheddar is produced in the Orkney Islands.

We produce Scottish Cheddar for different channels, including Retail (100-500g), Foodservice (1 Kg-2,5 Kg) and Industrial (20Kg).

Our cheddar is offered in different formats, including block, slices and grated.

Cheddar can also come in a white or red variety, and different maturities spanning from Mild (2-4 months) to Vintage (18+).
