Our farmers’ cows are looked after to high standards of animal welfare and are fed on nutritious diets based on the abundantly-available lush green grass to produce high quality milk for cheese-making at our Stranraer Creamery. Through generations of experience the Scottish Cheddar we create is renowned for its bold, distinctive flavour.
